Happy, but. Since the Bob Lindsay ownership days, I have gotten my oil changed with you guys. One thing I notice the past couple of years is I see my car come dow Since the Bob Lindsay ownership days, I have gotten my oil changed with you guys. One thing I notice the past couple of years is I see my car come down off the rack, the mechanic parks it, and I wait a solid 5 to sometimes almost 10 minutes before I am summonsed to pay my bill. This last oil change I sat in the waiting room 15 minutes solid, AT LEAST, from the time the mechanic parked my car til the time I was informed I was ready to go. No exaggeration: 15 minutes. I can understand and accept 5 or so minutes. 10 begins to feel intolerable. 15 is ridiculous. What on God's green earth takes so long? Please explain. More

Very Satisfied! We had our 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for Air Conditioning repair. The part was delayed and our appointment delayed until Friday which at this time th We had our 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for Air Conditioning repair. The part was delayed and our appointment delayed until Friday which at this time the Service manager offered a vehicle for us to use for the weekend. We received a call that the Highlander repair was complete on Monday. We live a little over 40 miles away and picked up the Highlander a couple of hours later. We want to thank Theresa and the Service Manager for their excellent customer service! The reason we keep coming back to Galesburg Toyota is Theresa because of coming for service this has generated two vehicle purchases and one lease. More

Second person a guy said tire might be in on Friday and I could get it c Was pleased with the service spoke with 3 people to get the tire replacement. Second person a guy said tire might be in on Friday and I could get it changed on Saturday. I couldn't do it then so I would have to wait until Monday. I guess there Was a mix up didn't get a call saying tire was in,so I called at 3:30 and got the tire changed on Tuesday. Theresa Fones was very helpful. More
