Jarvis was amazing! We stopped in about an hour before closing not knowing the amount of time it can take to test drive a few cars, check financing, and sign documents. J We stopped in about an hour before closing not knowing the amount of time it can take to test drive a few cars, check financing, and sign documents. Jarvis (and the rest of the team) never rushed us or pushed us for a decision. In the end, we bought a new car and we were very happy with the experience. Great experience I had a low tire pressure alert on my dashboard and I was leaving early the next day for California. Michelle checked and filled my tires but mentio I had a low tire pressure alert on my dashboard and I was leaving early the next day for California. Michelle checked and filled my tires but mentioned she was especially concerned about one because it was very low. I was leaving my car at the Peoria airport for several days. Temperatures were going to be well below zero so they worked me in and I was able to get the tire replaced quickly. It was good to come home to a vehicle in subzero temperatures with no tire worries. More
