New Sonata I went shopping at multiple Dealers looking for a new vehicle in my Price point. After many unsatisfactory visits to dealers I was greeted at Korum b I went shopping at multiple Dealers looking for a new vehicle in my Price point. After many unsatisfactory visits to dealers I was greeted at Korum by Don Sposato. He is a true professional. He sat down with me to understand my needs and what I was looking for. After a short discussion we agreed to test drive a Sonata. He was very thorough in describing the features and benefits of the car. Back in the dealer we quickly came to an agreement on financing without the typical back and forth with the "Finance team" Shortly after we signed all the paperwor in a very reasonable amount of time and the car was handed off to us with a full tank of gas. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

Took it for a test drive and fell in love with. There was not a lot of back and forth which was wonderful. I stopped in to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon and fell in love with the one on the showroom floor because it was a color that no other dealership h I stopped in to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon and fell in love with the one on the showroom floor because it was a color that no other dealership had in Washington and ended up purchasing it from Jo Park. he was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. When I got home that evening, I realized that the cargo cover wasn't in the truck. I called Jo and he went above and beyond and delivered it and installed it for me! When I sent an email to Brent about my experience and mentioned the only comment was it didn't come with all weather mats, he graciously said he would have Jo order them and within 2 days Jo called and again went out of his way to deliver them. I can't say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to make a purchase. More
