He was very kind and welcoming, and he wasn't overly intrusive with trying to ask questions about what my intentions were in regards to a new vehicle. One of the very first things he told me was that Korum Automotive Group lives off of the motto "People come first, selling cars come second," and that couldn't be more true. David went above and beyond to answer every questions I had about the 2016 Hyundai vehicles, and was more than generous with his time. I believe I asked to go on at least 5 or 6 test drives in a period of two days, but he was more than happy to accommodate. With how many questions I asked, how many times I changed my mind, and the amount of his time I consumed, I was half-expecting him to become frustrated with me and kick me off the lot; however, David was completely content and happy with meeting my needs! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with, and I would highly, highly recommend heading to Korum Hyundai and working with David Vincent should you be in the market for a new, or used, vehicle. He will not let you down! More

Lazy with lack of communication and follow through Every time Gennifer said she would call me right back, she didn't. When she said she would update me, she didn't. It took her over 4 hours to convey any messages and it took the techs working on the car 2.5 days to take care of work that my regular Hyundai dealership said should have been done in one. They are lazy and lack communication and follow through. Professionalism lacks for those said reasons and also for Gennifer wearing yoga pants and eating cantaloupe at her desk instead of being a costumer service rep/ advocate and organizer. I am disappointed that it took so long for the techs to manage my car without any said complications. I use this shop again. More

great salesman, finance not so much. Ryan was great. The finance guy not so much. They needed me to come back in to sign different finance rates and the finance guy wouldn't call me him Ryan was great. The finance guy not so much.
