During a difficult time with the virus, I needed to get my car payment down but also needed a bigger car. The GM Jim knew just how to help. He assisted me respectfully and in a timely manner. I will always continue to recommend this dealership to anyone. The only downside to my buying experience was once we went to sign all of the paperwork. The gentleman helping us is the real one that tries to sell you and was being extremely pushy with the packages he was offering. We kept telling him we weren't interested but he kept trying to lower the price and just made us feel uncomfortable after telling him no 3 or 4 times. More
