This is a thank you note to Michael Sheffield for assisting us throughout finding the right car for out family and for his patience and effortless help at times we need help and further information about our vehicle and plans. But this review is based on the service Bryan has given us and I am very upset. I trusted these people especially Bryan to take really good care of our vehicle, He told us that he will give us great work and not to worry about anything and we also wanted to express how upset we was to look around our car to find crumbs and bottles of water all over our vehicle while they were installing the leather seats. I have sent images to Michael to have a look at what we have witness. Not only that, there were stain marks and scratches inside and outside of the vehicle especially when we purchase this 2019 Santa Fe BRAND NEW!!! The leather seats were a half a** job installment and I need them to redo the messy work. I need them to fix this mess up because I never argue with the pricing I just needed to make sure that our vehicle was handed to us the way we left it to the dealership! The stitches were torn and ruined while they were stretching the leather. Who is going to contact us to have this fixed? we have emailed the dealership and we got no response and the only thing left to do is having to take time off from work to go inside. I need this to be fixed immediately! We were expecting QUALITY work from the non arguing price that was given for these seats to get done. Mr & Mrs. Diakonu More

So when we finally decide it's time for something new, we want to work with someone we can trust. Korum has a great reputation. Several months ago, we bought a Ford Ranger from Tim Zetterwall. Tim made the whole experience fun and easy. It was like working with a good friend. Fast forward a few months more and we knew we wanted to work with Tim again. This time we decided to purchase a Veloster Turbo. We are so happy with our two vehicles and the great service we get from Korum. Keep up your great work!! More

He was very quiet about it, never pressured us, explained all of the features of the car, answered all our questions, he even set up an app on my phone for the Bluetooth feature. Will definitely refer anyone I know who's looking for a new car to Korum. More
