I had been shopping and researching Hyundai Santa Fe's and Tucson's for well over a year prior to buying my new 2019 Ilana was wonderful to work with. I had been shopping and researching Hyundai Santa Fe's and Tucson's for well over a year prior to buying my new 2019 Tucson ultimate AWD from Ilana Gun. In fact, my husband and I visited two other local Hyundai dealerships prior to visiting Korum and walked away from those dealerships sales persons discounted offers because the deal just didn't feel right. We felt pressured by the other dealerships. The deals were those "too good to be true". BUT at Korum, we didn't feel pressured. Ilana was personable, friendly, and genuine. Overall, we enjoyed everyone we met at Korum. Even after the deal completely closed, Ilana continues to stay in touch and ask how we are liking the new car, and follows up with their service department on our behalf to help us get on schedule. In my experience, continuing to be treated with the same top notch customer service by a sales person after closing a deal is very rare because usually they are just off to the next sale. But Korum still makes me feel important and for these reasons, Ilana and the Korum team can count us in as returning customers as well as referring them to our friends and family. More

We’ve worked with him multiple times now and we have zero intention on going elsewhere. JOSH, one of the sales managers is so fun and always smiling. He has always helped us get to as close to what we want financially as he possibly can. Justin (I believe is his name?) is another sales manager who is so friendly and will come chat without even bringing a car up in the conversation. We love the zero pressure experience. DAVID, the finance manager of the dealership is hilarious and fast. He knows what he’s doing, he’s fast and won’t hold you hostage you to purchase all the extras if it doesn’t fit your lifestyle. GREG and his team at the service center are the friendliest and most informative mechanics I’ve ever met. Prices are really great, and they wash and vacuum my car too ;) this is the group you have to work with for the best car shopping experience including after the transaction is done! More

Really glad we stopped in at Korum Hyundai. Deciding between two different cars, we came by to investigate the Hyundai Kona and were greeted by Jean. She was great and didn’t pressure us but just answer between two different cars, we came by to investigate the Hyundai Kona and were greeted by Jean. She was great and didn’t pressure us but just answered questions and let us check out a Kona. We weren’t ready to jump into a test drive and she didn’t pressure us to which was refreshing! We had a bad experience with one of the local dealerships near our home and decided to come back to Korum the next week and give them our business! We were not disappointed! Jean was really great and took a ton of time showing us all of the features on our Kona. Justin Price was respectful and kind, never pushing us to make a deal or asking those dreaded “what can we do to get you in this car” kind of questions. We told him what we were looking for and he had our car brought in just in time for us to arrive from out of the area. It was likely one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we’ve had. We didnt really appreciate the added sales tactics trying to talk us into adding on the warranties and service plans at the end when you sit down to sign but I think that comes with any auto finance guy. You can’t beat Korum’s customer service though, and also their added Lifetime Powertrain Warranty! More
