We are very sorry that you were disappointed the truck may not be available. You inquired on the internet over the weekend and our remote consultant answered all of your questions and offered you the opportunity to place a deposit on the vehicle, but you did not. As of Monday morning, a previous customer interested in this vehicle, who came to see it last week as a qualifying Essential Worker, made arrangements to come back to see it Monday. We let you know that if they did not purchase it we would send you a video, per you request, of the interior and exterior of the truck since you did not want to make the drive if you didn’t like it. It was only at that time you offered to place a deposit on it. We did offer to send the video if it did not sell but you declined. We understand your wish to work with another dealership and wish you the best on your vehicle search.
