I requested valet service. The driver was 2 1/2 hours late. I had to call the dealership to see if someone was coming to pick up the car. At 3:10pm, service texted me to say the car was done and the val late. I had to call the dealership to see if someone was coming to pick up the car. At 3:10pm, service texted me to say the car was done and the valet driver would contact me when he was on the way with my car. At 6pm, I called the dealership to see if the car would be brought back that evening. I got voice mail. The next day, service called me to say that the car would be delivered to me at 10am, which it was. The car had not been washed! There was a real lack of communication, which would have made a big difference in my review. The fact that the car hadn’t been washed was disappointing. My previous experience with service at dealerships has been that the car has always been washed. Update: The service manager, Robin, called to apologize for the lack of communication, which I appreciate. As a result, I am changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Thank you Robin! More
