Never felt pressured which was the most important item for me. I sent out a few inquiries on Car Guru and Buddy responded with some quick info and a video of the car and told me to contact him with questions. EVERY OTHER DEALER hounded me day and night to the point where I blocked them. I will actively seek out Buddy and Koons Chevy for future automotive purchases. I inquired about a vehicle I saw on the Koons site, and Manny went above and beyond to answer my questions. I explained to Manny that I am severely handicapped and I have trouble getting around. When I got to Koons, Manny had the vehicle parked in a handicap parking spot and I parked next to it and he met me at my car. He was so accommodating and patient with me. We took a nice test drive, he sat with me outside and worked up a deal that I couldn’t refuse. He accompanied me to his desk and he was so helpful with everything.
