Drawn to Koon's from their local tv ads offering higher than blue book trade in. Spoke with Mr Howard and Mr Vitali on the phone after expressing concerns regarding past credit problems and they assured u than blue book trade in. Mr Howard, Mr Vitali, and Jason (bus mgr) were all excellent to deal with .. very caring and went out of their way. We were disappointed that the trade in amount was much lower than anticipated. However, Jason was able to help us purchase the vehicle in as close to our budget as possible. For which, we are very appreciative. The salesman, Craig, was very pleasant. However, once the sale was arranged, his demeanor changed drastically. We felt that we were of little importance. Before we left the lot, we discovered a nick in the windshield w/spidering cracks. He pointed out that we had not mentioned it while test driving the vehicle. (It was raining during test drive) He eventually offered to repair the nick but would have to order the kit to do so. We left with uneasy feelings. The next day we received an email from him reminding us to do this survey. We told him we would do the survey after the repairs to the windshield were made and to contact us when the kits came in. We received almost an immediate response that they had kits after all and scheduled a time for us to come in. When we visited 5/3 for the repair, we again got the feeling that we were bothering him. The repair was made, it seemed very reluctantly. The vehicle passed PA inspection yesterday, so we are completing survey as requested. More

Dan listened to what I wanted and didn't try to oversell me or rush me into buying a new car. I worked with him for a week before I even came in to look/test drive a car. We worked the negotiation for my trade-in even before we talked cars. Dan listened and worked with me to overcome the hurdles that I had to get over even before I considered a new car. Once I came in to talk cars Dan still maintained that great service I experienced the week before when were were just talking via phone. I have already recommended him to a friend. Jeremy also listened to my needs and wants. He knew that we needed the paperwork portion to quickly and smoothly. This process can take hours an I hate that. Jeremy listened and got me in and out. Again, Jeremy didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I knew what I wanted before we even sat down and he focused in on my specific wants/needs while still covering all the options available to me. I have also recommended him to my same friend as mentioned above. The other nice thing about Dan and Jeremy was they both had a good sense of humor and laid back personalities. Makes car buying less stressful. The middle person that handled the negotiating wasn't the best experience. I did my homework before hand and yet he still tried to play games. More
