Waited an hour and a half for an estimate for repair of exhaust and requested pre authorization to replace rear brakes and flush brake fluid. The service rep was unable to provide an estimate and stated th exhaust and requested pre authorization to replace rear brakes and flush brake fluid. The service rep was unable to provide an estimate and stated the technician was afraid to touch the brakes due to rust. I have never heard such of anything like it! It was the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Needless to say, I took the vehicle to another repair shop and fixed the exhaust the next day in 2 hours! More
