Koons had the best inventory of CPO 4Runners. Emailed Matt Hands multiple times and always received a prompt response. Scheduled an appointment and unfortunately was running late. The worst dealership experience of my life. Spent nearly $42,000 on a brand new Tundra and nearly four months later I still have no tag. Emails & messages are not answered. Their website said Internet Price of $36K for a new 2021 Toyota Sienna LE and I called the salesman before making the trip out there and was reassured that they had two vehicles available at that price. After driving 45 minutes there and spending even longer in the store, the salesman slips a paper in front of me that says $45K + tax/tags/title for a grand total of $50K! Needless to say I was livid at their dishonesty after telling me that the vehicle was available at the $36K Internet Price listed on their website and then pulling the old "bait and switch" on me after they lured me into the store. On August 14th 2021 I came to this dealership (Koon's Westminster Toyota) to pre-order and sign paperwork for a 2021 Toyota Sienna SXE. The price out the door they quoted me was $50, 068.94. I asked them to include the roof rack with crossbars and the body side moldings and they said it would be included at that price. On September 7th 2021 I went in to sign the paperwork for them to install the Entertainment package before picking the vehicle. But then at that time the dealer told me they would no longer be including the roof rack and side moldings and I’d have to pay an additional fee for them. I talked to the sales guy (Alex Shore) and the sales manager and they both said that this was not included even though it was included on the original paperwork I signed. I pleaded and argued with them but the manager would not listen and not help me to get into this vehicle I ordered and was waiting to purchase.
