Then we were often told “2 minutes” exactly by employees and then it would be another 15 minutes before anyone came to update us. However, like I said, staff were very nice and helpful and they worked with us to get a very reasonable price that both sides were happy with, on a car that I really liked and fit my needs perfectly. I had a concerning problem with my car on Monday, Dec. 22. I called the dealership (thinking I would probably have to wait until after Christmas) but they got me in that very day. I was pretty sure the news of the repair was going to involve replacement of parts. To my delight the very knowledgeable mechanic was able to solve the problem with a reboot of my electrical system. I had been warned the problem might involve a charge of $2500. Instead the reboot solved the problem for $86. WOW! To say I was surprised was a severe understatement. I have been coming to Westminster Toyota for years. I have always been delighted with my service and the service department is a huge reason that I will continue to purchase cars from them. More
