The initial support by the service team was great. They were ready for me and knew what services I wanted. When I picked up my vehicle, the checklist was printed with my bill. Re: service on my 2017 Ford Escape. In addition to normal "quick lane" service, techs found that a new battery was needed along with battery fluid and coolant flush. I had to wait to get into the service bay, then other cars were let in before me. I never got a call (or a call back after several calls to the dealership and service dept.) about when my care was ready. cars were let in before me. I assume the work was done correctly, but the service was horrible on both ends. More
