Have used them exclusively for my Ford service. I have 225,000 miles on my 2012 Fusion and it has rarely needed emergency service. I never received a call/update from my rep. He said he called twice...never got anything. That' tough to believe in this day and age with technology. I called and left 2 voicemails over 3 days. He said he called twice...never got anything. That' tough to believe in this day and age with technology. I called and left 2 voicemails over 3 days. Also, you guys are way too busy. There are other outfits who have way better customer service and get the job done much faster. Lastly, I left the keys on the car and called to alert someone of that after dropping the car. I asked the lady on the phone if I should turn around and drop in the drop box and she said no, just give me the code. I gave her the code and called 5 hours later for a status to only find out that nobody got the code, and nobody touched the car. Again, you guys are way too busy for good customer service. More

I was so pleasantly surprised. I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic! I've hesitated to have work done at the deal I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic!
