Just ask Earl and Drew why I am unhappy, no excuse for sloppy paperwork and responces!!!! I don't know if I have new or used parts in my F 150!!!!! Bruce was amazing. He was attentive and I feel like he had my best interest at heart. The 4 stars is for the fact I had to replace the sunroof tracks after 4 years. This is a big problem and Ford should address it. $820 seems excessive for this repair which was sub contracted. Otherwise, stellar visit to the Service Department. More

Service Dept needs serious help . ..Im at 10 k go to dealer 300 miles ahead to book service and I have recall as well. Im booked for end of April. Truck keeps sending me warnings I nee ..Im at 10 k go to dealer 300 miles ahead to book service and I have recall as well. Im booked for end of April. Truck keeps sending me warnings I need service So I call to book service earlier. Ford keeps sending me flyers that state dealer will pick truck up at home service and return, that wasn't available, Tried booking online and recd confirm appt. Called to verify told booking online not always what it says it is..I see dealer says you can drive up for service but that's only if you're there at 0730hrs ! So finally I secure a service spot with use of shuttle. Arrive 1st time not sure how to access the service lanes Markings Unclear to me. Someone shouts to move over here. I finally find my Assigned Service Person. While in his office asking questions another person interrupts us and tell him hurry up he has another customer waiting ! While he attempts to tell the person to hold on the person continues on. Very rude So next I find a lounge and sit and wait for shuttle home ..I coulda waited in this area but was told it wasnt an option when I booked service ! So shuttle home Later in day shuttle back to pick up. Speak with service person explain concerns ask about recall parts and was told when they come in (Side airbags) they will call . For someone that's purchased their first Ford Pickup with an extended warranty and maintenance plan and its my first interactions with service dept ..I wouldn't return ..No one seems to know what's going on ..Defn need to learn how to work as a team vs cutting each other down and need to learn about what customer service is ! I have on order a second truck which I'm again waiting for over 10 months due to Fords parts issues ..If this is how ford service is I think I'll cancel it and go back to Honda. More
