I reached out to management, including Sulaiman Ahmad and Alex Atanassov, and received no response. Once the sale was complete, the dealership showed no interest in customer service or accountability. Based on my experience, Koons appears focused solely on moving vehicles off the lot, not on selling reliable cars or standing behind the products they sell. I would also avoid their repair shop given what was uncovered during the engine replacement. More

We had an issue with the vehicle the day we picked it up and couldn't get anyone from the dealership to respond or be returning my vehicle to them.
