Mechanic installed the wrong part, which began to cause problems with the brake. When we returned the car, they still didn't realize they installed the wrong part and, instead, charged us for more work. Th problems with the brake. The brakes felt weird, so instead of going back there, we did a 'blind' brake test at a different company. This company discovered the actual problem and fixed it, and then had to redo the repair work we were charged for by Koenig. Koenig paid for the bad work they did, but refused to pay for the repairs we had done by the other company stating, "You should have come back here for the work." SERIOUSLY???? Your mechanic screwed up! We had absolutely no faith in your ability to make it right. AND we're talking about our brakes! Koenig is lucky we didn't have an accident! More

I took my Subaru Crosstrek in for the 60,000 mile service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I got home, I noticed that there was a burning smell and smoke coming from the engin service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I got home, I noticed that there was a burning smell and smoke coming from the engine. I immediately called the service department about 10 minutes before closing. Justin was working with us to try to figure out what was going on. After going through his suggestions it appeared that there was an issue with the oil filter. Now it was after closing,so I sent a text thinking that we would solve the problem the next day. About 15 minutes later Justin called and said that he was on his way to our house to evaluate the problem. He came with a new oil filter. He found a pine needle in the gasket which caused a leak. Justin definitely went above and beyond to take care of our car. I will recommend this dealership/service to anyone who wishes to have great service. Thanks again Justin for the excellent service.
