Mechanic installed the wrong part, which began to cause problems with the brake. When we returned the car, they still didn't realize they installed the wrong part and, instead, charged us for more work. Th problems with the brake. The brakes felt weird, so instead of going back there, we did a 'blind' brake test at a different company. This company discovered the actual problem and fixed it, and then had to redo the repair work we were charged for by Koenig. Koenig paid for the bad work they did, but refused to pay for the repairs we had done by the other company stating, "You should have come back here for the work." SERIOUSLY???? Your mechanic screwed up! We had absolutely no faith in your ability to make it right. AND we're talking about our brakes! Koenig is lucky we didn't have an accident! More
