I took my Subaru Crosstrek in for the 60,000 mile service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I got home, I noticed that there was a burning smell and smoke coming from the engin service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I got home, I noticed that there was a burning smell and smoke coming from the engine. I immediately called the service department about 10 minutes before closing. Justin was working with us to try to figure out what was going on. After going through his suggestions it appeared that there was an issue with the oil filter. Now it was after closing,so I sent a text thinking that we would solve the problem the next day. About 15 minutes later Justin called and said that he was on his way to our house to evaluate the problem. He came with a new oil filter. He found a pine needle in the gasket which caused a leak. Justin definitely went above and beyond to take care of our car. I will recommend this dealership/service to anyone who wishes to have great service. Thanks again Justin for the excellent service. We are very appreciative. More

I have always had wonderful satisfaction in my service experience and results with this dealership until now. Had service to resolve an intermittent issue with starting. They ended up replacing the bat experience and results with this dealership until now. Had service to resolve an intermittent issue with starting. They ended up replacing the battery. This did not fix the problem. Apparently i will have to wait until i have a catastrophic failure for it to be diagnosed. Sadly, my new car warranty has run out in the mean time! More

Recommended They had a great deal on a used car. Nadean was knowledgeable, courteous and obliging. The car was "as is" and they had no problem with us getting it They had a great deal on a used car. Nadean was knowledgeable, courteous and obliging. The car was "as is" and they had no problem with us getting it inspected at a nearby mechanic. The mechanic found nothing wrong with it. In fact he said, "That's a great car." We were geared up with a negotiation battle and there was no battle. No bogus tacked-on fees and no pressure to finance. We drove home with a great vehicle, and saved money with the local sales tax. I'd gladly do it again in the future. More

Went in for an appointment that was supposed to take an hour and a half. It took three hours and twenty minutes. No one came to explain that there was going to be a delay on getting my vehicle back. Did hour and a half. It took three hours and twenty minutes. No one came to explain that there was going to be a delay on getting my vehicle back. Did not feel like a valued customer. I won't be going back and would advise you to avoid this dealer if at all possible. More
