Second Car purchase within the last year I first met Norman in April of this year when he showed me a Highlander. I had just test drive two other vehicles that I really liked but both the Hi I first met Norman in April of this year when he showed me a Highlander. I had just test drive two other vehicles that I really liked but both the Highlander and Norman convinced me otherwise. When my wife and I came back in the next day, he convinced her. Sold. When replacing my second vehicle this year, it just made sense to come back. Our first experience was great and so was our second. I could not be happier with our purchases and the buying experience afterwards. Looking forward to doing further business with Norman. More

Questionable sales tactics and unprofessional After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. Sales person got in the vehicle with me and told me to go a certain way which I thought was odd because I wanted to get on the highway. That's when he told me we were "running dirty" with out a license plate. I parked the car and left. Tony Brant came into the sale and did his best to salvage the sale. After more time and longer "legal" test drives I bought the vehicle. But I will never go back to this dealership. If anyone reads this from the dealership feel free to call me. Mixed Review I leased a Rav 4 from this dealership 3 years go. The service department is fabulous. Always nice. Never tried to push any extras on me. Just did a buy out of my lease and this was a horrible experience. No one contacted me. It took weeks to get a call back after phone calls, emails and a direct request via the service department. I finally got a call back 4 days before my lease was up. When I went in to sign the financing, I found out that the sales man I spoke to was very dishonest. I gave him a specific payment I needed to be at in order to go with their financing and was told it was not a problem and that I needed to put $1000 down. When I got there, the interest rate was high, he told the finance person that my monthly payment limit was 40 dollars higher than I told him and he lied about how much I needed to put down. In sum. Maintenance is great. Sales is shady. More

The Koch 33 service center is designed as every car enthusiasts dream garage. Most importantly, was my interaction with Oscar Alarcon.
