All the management and sales persons are worthless Recently, I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Kosh 33. After a while of having the car I noticed a defect on the paint job. The whole car's decal wa Recently, I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Kosh 33. After a while of having the car I noticed a defect on the paint job. The whole car's decal was full of small bubbles from what seemed like dirt or something that was just painted over. I decided to contact the dealership and they didn't do anything to solve the issue. Angry now, I later contacted the salesman that took care of me his name is Steven Douglas. After trying to call him numerous times I just gave up as he wasn't picking up. I also deal with Keith Doddy and after a few calls he finally called back but he said he couldn't do anything about it. After this whole merry go 'round I was fed up and proceeded to contact the general manager, whom was Bob Bozarth, I sent some emails and sent out a few calls but, once again, I received absolutely no response. As a result of all this I finally called the headquarters of Toyota and they could not believe of how poor of service this dealer provided. It's going to have to be a while and long battle before I can get some results from Toyota. To me, it is incredibly amazing to believe that I bought a Toyota in which the quality was good, alas, the dealership that sells this brand treats it's customer like crap. Way to go management; please, people that are looking for a car, don't bother to do business with Kosh 33 Toyota. They will take your money and will offer little to no assistance. More

I love my Avalon Hybrid and I plan to keep it for a long time. I live 2 miles from another Toyota dealership where I bought my previous Camry Hybrid from, and even though it would save me time, I choose to use Koch33 because they treat me right. Thank you. More

Car trouble My 3 month old 2015 RAV4 Was brought back due to foul odor in car’s cabin. Koch Toyota’s service department, particularly Ryan, was exceedingly helpf My 3 month old 2015 RAV4 Was brought back due to foul odor in car’s cabin. Koch Toyota’s service department, particularly Ryan, was exceedingly helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but they could not find the source of odor. As such I had to pay for their time, even though it’s under warranty. Still, they significantly discounted the rate I would pay. They suggested trying Ozium, a common aerosol spray I could get for less than $10 to run through filter system. While that did decrease the intensity of the order, which was a cross between a strong chemical smell and fuel, the Ozium itself also has a pretty strong chemical smell, though not nearly as bad or intense as prior odor. I will try re-shampooing carpets, since original smell was same as the intense chemical smell my car had when it was freshly detailed. More
