I recently purchased a car at Koch 33 Toyota and I must say that not only was the staff phenomenal, this was also a very painless experience. I have to specifically thank Tony Bryant and Adam Smith. Tony b say that not only was the staff phenomenal, this was also a very painless experience. I have to specifically thank Tony Bryant and Adam Smith. Tony being my car salesman for the second time was great, got me in the car I wanted and did all he could to accommodate me! Adam took the time out of his day to find a way to help me financially feel comfortable making the decision to say yes to my new car. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend them to everyone looking to get themselves in a new reliable car! More

You would think after spending 1000 dollars and two trips back it would be fixed. Still hearing noise ! Poor brake job or cheap parts not sure which!! Frank S Service advisor for one trip back was Korey. More
Really bad from day one. To start, they sold my trade at auction while I was still in possession of the title. At the same time, dealer and I made arrangements for me to pick To start, they sold my trade at auction while I was still in possession of the title. At the same time, dealer and I made arrangements for me to pick up and not make the trade. After driving over an hour to pick up my old car, we discovered it was sold. Unbelievably unprofessional from the start. Sales mgr. dropping f bombs in front of my son who was with me at the time. He said, in reference to his sales rep who, in his words, “Jon f’d up”. I have to leave voicemails for service manager to schedule a basic inspection(which wasn’t new when I bought the car). Suspicious, but again was told not to worry since they’re free. My Interest rate changed-after driving off lot-in their favor to satisfy the mistake of selling my trade without title. They had the sales rep drive new paperwork to my house and I was basically misled/deceived into a new, more costly for me, sales agreement/contract! They recouped value of their loss due to error and incompetence by adjusting rate up ⬆️. I have to pay! It’s all just bad. I was able to negotiate a free remote starter for my inconvenience but I totally regret doing business there. Recently had a tire problem and was told at another dealer closer to home, that it was my fault and I had caused the damage(bubble on sidewall). Many calls back and forth but no help. I’m always stuck doing the legwork. New car just several months old, very few miles, driven gently and extremely well cared for. Apparently I needed to buy-in addition to the service package and extended warranty and the $30k vehicle-some tire and rim package $900-1200 to cover tire problem. $230 later I had to buy a tire. It’s just infuriating! Oh yeah, NO courtesy vehicle at Koch either. They want to sell me a rental every time I need service. I’m over an hour away from the dealership! And it’s like they don’t care 🤷🏼♂️ 🤬. Very poor communication makes it all worse. Buyer beware. Almost forgot to mention how the s-show began. I was a victim of bait and switch. There was a low mile, used car I traveled there to see. I actually called, spoke to a sales mgr, explained that I was driving over an hour to see the car. Is it available, etc.? Promised the car was on lot and available. Even assigned me a rep stating he’d be ready and understand what I was there for. Surprise surprise. The used car I drove to see was mysteriously missing. After searching the lot for 20-30 minutes(probably another “tactic”) the answer was that it had been sold while I was in transit to see the vehicle. The dishonesty at this dealership has reached a whole new level of slimy. Live and learn I guess? 2nd most expensive purchase of my life next to my home and they act like every problem is an oversight that I should be ok with. Like I got cold fries at the local fast food drive through. 😔. Car wasn’t cleaned properly at delivery either. After I questioned the mess including chalk still on window I was told it’s an ongoing problem they’re working on. Promised a proper clean on next service and I guess they forgot that too. I’m so disappointed. EDIT: I read this back and can barely believe it. I swear this is an accurate account of my experience **strangely I can’t find my review on their site so I’m committed to regularly updating and/or refreshing as well as sharing my experience with anyone who may benefit More
This dealership is absolutely horrible ! I called expressing interest in a Toyota vehicle and and spoke to Noah. Several hours later Jake calls me back to follow up but never answered any of my questions. Two days later another gentleman calls me and asked me what vehicle I was interested in. I basically have to start the whole process over again with a third individual from the same dealership. A day later this guy goes MIA , so I called down there just a little upset to find out what exactly was going on. The sales manager said he was going to look into it and later that day a fourth gentleman calls me. I feel a little bad for the fourth guy because he’s the one who got the brunt of my frustration and trying to buy a vehicle from Koch 33. In my experience the sales representatives lack common courtesy and professionalism. My recommendation is to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. More
It's business as usual at Koch Toyota. My husband and I purchased a Ford F350 in late December from Koch. The bed of the truck had a collection of tar and asphalt in it. The deal was My husband and I purchased a Ford F350 in late December from Koch. The bed of the truck had a collection of tar and asphalt in it. The deal was they would clean it up to under 1/4 inch thickness and when we came to pick it up there were a few thick areas left in the bed. Asked for a price concession for us to get the cleaning done ourselves and the manager , Keith Doddy on duty said he would check on it. He left us sitting for quite some time when the salesman finally went to check on it. NO concession. The part that makes me rate the deal low is that the manager treated us disrespectfully by keeping us waiting and not giving us a timely response. Also, a repair to a mirror that was on the list to be done was also not done. My fault for not checking everything over. But another indication that Koch isn't top notch. More
We have been to many dealerships to purchase vehicles in the past. Hands down this was the best customer service we have ever experienced! They had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and could answer all ou the past. Hands down this was the best customer service we have ever experienced! I have always serviced my Toyota Prius at Koch 33. I did not go in for brake work but 1500 bucks of upsells later and three return trips to dealer after they did brake flush, front rotors and pads, and rear not go in for brake work but 1500 bucks of upsells later and three return trips to dealer after they did brake flush, front rotors and pads, and rear brakes, the front right brake has been squealing non stop. There were no noises prior to service. They were and still are incapable of correctly fixing the noise they created to date. To this day my car sounds like a school bus. I don't recommend doing any brake work at Koch 33. When I asked if they used Toyota brand parts John the writer had to search the parts on the bill using Google, I will not be returning for any future services. I do not trust them and after paying so much, I have to deal with the noise that was not there before the front brake service or try another dealer for more money. It isn't right. More
