I bought my son a 2014 Toyota Corolla on 03/01/2023. Everything went well until this morning receive a text message from them to take the car in for service. My daughter works there so she took the car in, to make a long story short the bill came $592. Come to find out they were saying that we schedule the appointment for a specific service that’s why the bill came up so much. We did not schedule the appointment, I just randomly received the text. Also the mechanic was not upfront with my daughter about what all he was going to do, he told her everything was going to be roughly about $250. So I’m very upset with the service department and I will not recommend any one of my friends or family to buy a vehicle from them. Thomas Drepaul More
Everyone was great at Koch 33 Toyota! I drove 3 hours for their service and deal. Jordan, Adam, Sara and Mike were excellent over the phone and accommodated all my requests. Ok I have bought two previous time from Koch 33 when they were previously own. Since Koch bought them out the service dept is a sham, there collision center is sub par an fails to repair the vehicle correctl were previously own. I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them until yesterday when I spoke with the head Salesman who confirmed that the 2023 Toyota Hybrid Plat was still available an transferred me to Jacob Ferris the salesmen whom once again confirmed the vehicle was still available an took my deposit yesterday. Then today they sold the vehicle out from under me and stated that the vehicle was sold yesterday minutes before I reserved it! Scam artists an theft!! Stay away from this dealership!!! I will be contacting ARM lawyers as I have a receipt of the transaction which is a legal binding contract with the dealership for said vehicle! More

Purchased a 2010, 25,000 mile cheap vehicle for my daughter that Koch’s master mechanics supposedly combed through and completed additional work on. Vehicle was over KBB price but figured if they put all this time and parts into it and for the mileage and the year why not. I was already approved with a fixed price from Cap One Auto. However, the dealership raised the price and stated Cap One isn’t always accurate with their pricing. Never had this issue with other dealerships. Should of figured something was up after purchase when sales xxxxxxx were high-fiving each other after sale. Sure enough check engine light came on after 300 miles. $2000 to replace a manifold cat. In hindsight looking back at all the warning signs, shame on me.l should have walked away. Super shady dealership, I have been used to dealing with more honest sales staff elsewhere. I was thinking about buying a Toyota in the future after buying Subarus for years but not from these xxxxxxxx. Apparently the master dipxxxxs in the garage don’t check air filters either, picture is directly after sale when brought home to unbolt air filter. Straight up xxxxxxxx. See photo. More

Now, this is not me nor my boyfriend's first time buying cars (alone or with others) and we both heard him say they do full internal cleanings for free while the car is under warranty. We didn't go home and discuss it with each other, I merely mentioned it at closing of the car and James denied ever saying this & my boyfriend agreed he had. The people are nice at this dealership for the most part but car salesmen still be car salesmen I guess. Won't be coming back here to buy another car because that just felt slimy. More
I worked with Jonathon Spross when trading my lease I originally got from Hyundai (couldn’t get out of this lease fast enough, my transmission blew my first year with it). Then check engine light came on bc the coil pack was bad. Then after a week heard a grinding noise. Contacted. They swore up and down they were going to fix it. Now it's an issue to fix. Honestly just want the money for my trade and they can keep the piece of crap. More
