Excellent Service I bought my Honda in Medford, they said no problems getting lifetime oil changes in Klamath Falls. I have been going to Lithia Dodge for 2 years and I bought my Honda in Medford, they said no problems getting lifetime oil changes in Klamath Falls. I have been going to Lithia Dodge for 2 years and I haven’t been the happiest of customers. Today I went there to get oil changed they said if will be a 3+ hour wait. I expressed my unhappiness. They suggested I go back down Washburn Way to Lithia Toyota. I went there, the staff was so friendly and great service! Thanks to Daniel Bridgeman for all of his help. New Lithia Toyota is even better! I was afraid that the new location would bring lower quality of service, as I have experienced in other retailers/service centers in town.
