September 29, 2025 This Toyota dealership/ Service department HAS its A game going on. I am very pleased with Donnie Hodge. His follow up with phone communication, keeping me informed. Also the help and professional opinion when I asked of Zach Peterson. I also appreciate the awesome coffee machine and the fruit in the lobby for your customers. Also thanks even to the salesmen and women who are friendly/ helpful as well as you drive up. On my original first service day, while sitting in the parking lot at Toyota, contemplating going inside. I had just come from a local tire, shocks and alignment shop and they told me my Tacoma frame was bent and that my vehicle would need to be totaled. With this news, I was pretty distraught, all I thought I needed was a alignment. And so while sitting there , if it wasn’t for Lana who I met in the parking lot when I was debating to go to the service department, I probably wouldn’t have went inside just because they were so busy, but Lana was sincere and told me they will take care of me well in there and she wasn’t kidding!
