It is so easy to leave the Prius running as it is so quiet, I'm guilty of doing that too, but my concern is if we had dropped the vehicle off to return later it could have been stolen. Juan, my salesman, could not have been more sensitive and thoughtful in the negotiating process and I came away with a deal I was totally comfortable with. Juan made it very clear and believable that I could come back to him with any problem I experienced or question I needed answered and this made me feel very confident and secure.
