I made an appointment to determine the cause and solution for a rattle underneath my vehicle. I told them it would probably take about 10 mins to determine the cause and gave them directions on where to look for a rattle underneath my vehicle. I told them it would probably take about 10 mins to determine the cause and gave them directions on where to look. I watched my vehicle sit for 1-1/2 hours without being looked at. When I asked the service technician why it had not been looked at yet, he acted like he had forgotten about it. and took it back to be looked at immediately. 1/2 hour later, I noticed my vehicle in the parking lot and had to ask again if it had been looked at. There was no communication with me at any time during the TWO HOURS I waited for a 10-minute diagnosis. This is not the first time I have experienced long wait times and lack of communication. I stopped getting my oil changed here for that very reason and because they are twice as expensive as other service centers. More
