Sandie, thanks for your review. I'm sorry that we wasted your time during this most recent service appointment. We never should have set the appointment for you. Instead we should have advised you that Ford has not released the full details of the recall. Until we have all the instructions, software and/or parts, we can't complete the recall. We could have told you that over the phone instead of wasting your time in our waiting room. No excuses, we failed to provide you with good service. I'm am pleased to see that you have had good service from us in the past and I hope you'll give us another chance to earn your consideration. Once Ford updates the recall, Mona or a member of our service management will contact you and we'll make arrangements to complete the repair. .
