Mona Crooks was absolutely wonderful! I got my appointment date mixed up, and was actually a week early. Mona got me right in, despite the fact that I was early. I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. I communicated with Tex Welch recently when my mother was having problems with the transmission on her 2012 Ford Focus. He even picked up the car at my mother's house and took it for a test drive to see if he could experience the same problem she had been having when she drove it.
