We have taken our 2011 Lincoln MKX in to Klaben for routine maintenance and necessary improvements/upgrades for the (HORRIBLE) navigation system for the past two years. Mike Brandvold has gone out of his way to troubleshoot problems, coordinate services & loaner transportation and in general, do his level best to keep us up-to-date with Ford's release(s) to improve the performance of the vehicle. I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days.
