I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. Mike giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. Mike Brandvold did an awesome job, making sure my car was fixed to my liking as well as keeping me informed of how long I'd be waiting while the repair took place. While the service team was fixing my car, they even gave me a free car wash - super nice to have this time of year. Way to go Klaben Ford! You've got a loyal customer in me. More

When I need service I call Mona, She is sooooo nice, always has a smile and willing to help. When I call to make an appt for my Focus she always works around the date and time that fits my schedule.
