He was friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed of the service status during the appointment and made helpful and appropriate suggestions. He explained a significant rebate offer available to me and explained how to obtain it from Ford. He even walked me out to my car after the appointment to ensure all was done to my satisfaction. Technican Erick performed a front end alignment after installing new tires. He came out to say hello and let me know he was pleased with the results. Mike Brandvold is A+++++ Mike has been very helpful and knowledgeable to us whenever we have brought our vehicles in for service. Mike went out of his way to make it right by giving us a complementary, the works coupon and a gas card. He is very personable with his customers. We will continue to request Mike Brandvold for all of our service work at Klaben, which is the best dealership there is, in my opinion. More

Lincoln MKS Accident I was in an accident, being hit from behind. Klaben got my car in very quickly, took care of the car rental and had my bumper fixed in 3 days.
