It was a throw back to the days of old when dealerships (and people) were actually pleased to see you and to focus on your needs - not just assembly like as is true for most today. There was no sign of the indifference seen so often these days. Anthony Wilson, the Service Advisor I was provided was very much the same - making sure it was my needs that were being met. You rarely see this type of treatment any more and takes me back to the days when people and companies took pride in their "first impressions" and focus on the customer. Even the owner took time to contact me. What an impressive car dealership - one that can be trusted to help you instead of just "selling" you. More

Not very pleased. I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour proc I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour process. Thats puzzling. I then dropped off my MKS for warranty work for a front parking sensor. When I finally received an update, at the end of the day, I was informed the sensor was ordered, needed to be painted and would be installed the following day. I needed the car my noon and informed the service rep of this. I didn't hear ANYTHING the following day. I called at 3:30pm and left a voicemail message. No return call. I called again at 5:15pm and was connected to another service rep. He didn't know the status of the MKS, said it was finally pulled up front and I could pick it up. I did pick up the car. I had NO rental car, which I am entitled to and for some reason my car was driven 2 miles while at the garage. I am not upset with Mona Crooks, my service rep. I AM tired of the POOR service of the technicians. Also, the lack of communication from the service department to the customer is ridiculous. More
