I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. Mike Brandvold did an awesome job, making sure my car was fixed to my liking as well as keeping me informed of how long I'd be waiting while the repair took place.
