Poor quality Service and Terrible Customer Service I purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer from your dealership in Kent. I had my car at your body shop for a collision repair. The body work was fine but they I purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer from your dealership in Kent. I had my car at your body shop for a collision repair. The body work was fine but they also had to replace my hitch which they sent to U Haul for the replacement. I would expect you to inspect their work since I'm contracting with you for the repair. I had to bring it back because they dropped my exhaust for the installation and never fully tightened it back up. The wiring harness was never not properly secured under the car and is now coming down in spots under the car. I will have to take it somewhere to have it done properly. I also asked that my car be taken to the dealership for several repairs. Oil change - 2 weeks after I picked it up my oil service light is coming on. My driver side power mirror was making a noise when it unfolded from the parked position, - all they did was squirt grease into the pivot point which was oozing out onto the mirror and did not address the noise. The spring in latch on my console between the front seats seems to have broken so it is no longer spring loaded. They told me they had to order the parts and would contact me when they came in. I've called the gentleman at the body shop who had made the arrangements for this repair twice, both times I was told someone from the dealership would call me to let me know the status. Its now been over a month and I have not heard a word. Needless to say I am not very impressed with Klaben. More
Unable to fix the problem Brought my 2016 Ford Escape in due to "engine failure" message. The car has 30,000 miles on it... way to early to be having major problems. They replaced the engine throttle mechanism and assured me everything was o.k. Two weeks later, while in PA with my family and four hours away -- same message and problem. This is the second car I've purchased from Klaben. Both have been unreliable and had major problems in the first year or two and required many visits to get them working. More
