On behalf of the team, I sincerely apologize for the sub-par experience, frustration and inconvenience you describe. We failed, no excuses. As part of the Leadership Team here at Klaben, I take full responsibility. The frustrating part for us is that we are better than this. We have a great team of quality individuals with talent and character, the right processes, the training, and all the resources needed to deliver customer experiences that stand apart. Every concern you have described could have been avoided. We dropped the ball, our internal and external communication was inadequate, our quality control processes were not adhered to and our follow up was deplorable. Your comments will be used constructively in our daily training and coaching exercises with our team members. But that’s not enough. I truly empathize with your loss of confidence in the Klaben Body Shop but hope that you would allow us a chance to “make things right” and restore your faith in Klaben. We are prepared to address all of your outstanding concerns with minimal additional inconvenience on your part. We will supply a complementary loaner vehicle and even make arrangement to pick up your vehicle and return it upon completion. We will also insure it is detailed and with a full tank of fuel upon return to you. I am very sorry that your Escape engine fault light malfunction reoccurred. I empathize with and am very sensitive to the added frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. Please know that the Klaben Team is genuinely concerned with your satisfaction and frustrated that this issue has caused you to lose confidence in the vehicle and Klaben. As such, I sincerely appreciate that you have gave us the opportunity to resolve this concern and restore your confidence. We worked directly with the Ford Technical Service Hotline regarding this issue and I believe that we discovered the root cause of the malfunction. By replacing one of the engine wiring harnesses we have corrected the defect that was causing the check engine light to be illuminated. Thanks again for your patience.
