I needed an alignment that wasn't part of the regular 15,000 mile service, and went ahead and had it done while there. Even with the alignment, they still completed the work earlier than the time frame I was originally given!!! From check in to check out, things went smooth and I was on my way!!! More

Oil change As always, Klaben takes great care of me and my car. I use my loyalty link whenever I have service and usually request a loaner car so I can run erra As always, Klaben takes great care of me and my car. I use my loyalty link whenever I have service and usually request a loaner car so I can run errands and such while my car is being serviced. Mike always takes great care of me. He said he could still get a loaner but the wait would only be an hour and a half if that. We decided to wait. The kids enjoyed some juice and donuts while I had some coffee. The kids used the free WiFi and before we knew it the car was ready. Klaben is a great place with wonderful people who care about you, your time and your money. This is my third vehicle from Klaben. And a bonus....with the factory rebate my oil change was essentially free! More

ETB Warranty Work Mona is awesome! Engine Powertrain/Throttle Body Wrench light came on and my car stopped accelerating. Klaben got my car in a day early. Mona provided Mona is awesome! Had not hea Went to have front passenger window fixed (2 wires had become disconnected). Was checked in by Don Xu at 8am. Sat for one hour waiting. Had not heard from anyone. Went looking for Don, but could not find him. Sat for one MORE hour - still nothing. In my boredom I noticed a car outside that appeared to be mine. Went looking for Don again - could not find him. Another person asked to help me, and sure enough my car was ready. I do not know how long my car had been ready and waiting, but was not happy that I had waited 2 hours without anyone updating me on the progress. If I had not gone to inquire, I might have waited another hour. Very unsatisfied with the amount of time I was there. Seriously considering taking my car elsewhere for further service. Cannot afford to spend that much time sitting and waiting. More
