I communicated with Tex Welch recently when my mother was having problems with the transmission on her 2012 Ford Focus. He even picked up the car at my mother's house and took it for a test drive to see if he could experience the same problem she had been having when she drove it. Took my car in to get oil change/tire rotation and some warranty work. Joe French scheduled my cars so I could drop the first off, get it serviced, and drop off the other to have work done on it when I pic warranty work.
