Getting it done! I had to bring my escape in because the check engine light came on. this was during the work week and my hours are not easily rescheduled. After talking with my service advisor Kim, she suggested dropping my car off after work that day and they will take a look at it first thing next morning and call me at work afterwards. I had to use my wife's car for a day, but Kim called the next morning as she said she would and hit me up with great news that they had the part in shop that needed to be replaced and it was still covered under warranty...great news to my wallet. I just wanted to thank Kim for the speedy service needed! More

After spending only a few minutes with the sales manager, Steve Stephens, we not only had all our questions answered, but also felt so much at ease that we were ready to pick our cars out. Nick Brant, the salesman we worked with showed us the Jeeps of our dreams and within an hour after arriving, we test drove and picked out the cars we wanted. I also got a great trade in price for my used car. If you need a car Klaben Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge is the place to go! Kim Devlin was also awesome, she quickly got us through our loan signings and out the door to drive away in our new cars! Thanks to everyone there who made this such a great experience :) More

Our insurance company sent us to another auto body shop where the service was far less competent and our estimate was outrageous. With this, I called Kenny King, our Klaben Sales Manager and he said, "we'll tow it here and handle it for you". The excellent Auto Body Shop Team is led by Steve Workman and Artie Gissinger. The service was exceptional and the estimate was far lower than the original auto body shop. The insurance company loved it too. Simply, this is yet another department of excellence within the Klaben Auto Family. Obviously, we'll be back again, and again, and again. The Trom Family More
Fixed the wrong leak another poor service from Klaben/Kent I brought in the car into Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio for a oil leak and they fixed the transmission pan. After the service I brought the car home being very concerned and telling them so since I saw oil on the driveway for a week, it was not transmission oil. The next morning after service it was still leaking oil on the driveway! Really!!! Back into service the next day and got another rental car so I can get to work. Got to work late--more time away from my job! So can I charge them for this lost work time--hehe? I brought the car in at 7am that day but they waited until 330 that day to look at it --and yes now it had to be kept overnight. BTW, I also had them replace the rear shocks--what was I thinking? I was hoping for the best, giving them another chance, etc, I guess. Boy did that blow up in my face. So it was another day in the rental and more inconvenience after being told it would be same day service. You would think I would be a priority to them, right? Since they had a complaint and they knew I was concerned over being charged for a service that was probably unnecessary? The manager called me and said, get this!, I had a lead in the oil pan! and there oil was left over from an oil change two weeks, also done at their service shop, that was not cleaned out--really--do you realize just how stupid that makes you look? That's why I brought the car in the first place if they only believed me--I dont like oil stains on my drive--it makes me crazy mad! So when I picked the car up I asked the agent about the oil pan leak she had no comment. It wasn't my best day so then I asked her why it took their superior trained service technicians a number of times to notice an oil leak she also shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This confirms what I had been saying all along--it was an OIL leak not a transmission leak! So no apologies, no discount, no nothing but a $600 bill for fixing the transmission pan--what a bunch of losers! And no--I would never go back, never buy a car from Klaben and never recommend them More
