Outstanding Customer Service We had purchased our cars from a different Ford Dealer but had heard about the great sales and service team from Klaben from other friends and family. We had purchased our cars from a different Ford Dealer but had heard about the great sales and service team from Klaben from other friends and family. We had purchased two 2015 Ford Focus's which had the highly publicized transmission issues. The original dealer that we purchased them from, said "That's just the way they are supposed to be" and offered no remedy after multiple visits. We then went to Klaben with the intent to look at new vehicles and explained that we really liked our vehicles save for the transmission problems. Rich Klaben and his team proactively engaged their service team headed by Mike Brandvold and in short order took both our cars in to look at the issues and ultimately replaced our transmissions. They both drive like new cars and we have gone from cars we didnt like to cars we now love. Words cant express how grateful we are with the treatment we received at Klaben., and it doesn't stop there. Even when we go in for routine servicing we are treated and feel appreciated. We are loyal Ford owners and will never go to another dealer! More
Fast and friendly I had a nail in my tire. I stopped without an appointment and they got me right on! They topped off my windshield washer fluid, checked my battery and I had a nail in my tire. Superb diagnosis paid by extended warranty & loyalty link! Kim Wolfram, Service Advisor, did superb documenting what I discussed were things that did not seem normal and relaying it to technician. Upon diagnosis and problem determined, Kim and Klaben team determined the repairs and car rental would be covered by extended warranty and loyalty link. Thank goodness!!! Otherwise I would probably be looking at over $ 1900. This is another reason, car buyers should get the extended warranty and loyalty link. Thanks to Kim Wolfram and Christine Klaben who made it possible to run it through my Ford Credit card. It has already paid for itself. More

My last experience was not so good. They made it right. After posting my last review, which was not very good, I was contacted by Klaben’s service department manager. He asked if he could make things right. After posting my last review, which was not very good, I was contacted by Klaben’s service department manager. He asked if he could make things right. I agreed, because as I had said before, everyone had been very kind and I really wanted to have a better experience. They kept my car for almost a week, gave me a loaner car, and stayed in touch with me about what was going on the entire time. That was very important. By staying in touch with me, I didn’t feel like I had been forgotten and let me know my car wasn’t just sitting there for no reason. After a few bumps with wrong parts sent (not Klaben’s fault) my car was returned to me. They cleaned it inside and out and the problem was fixed! I am so happy I went back. They did a great job! The service manager followed up with me the next business day to make sure all was good! THAT is customer service! Thanks for a much better experience! More

Christine in finance got me in and out pretty quick. I must say if you want exceptional, friendly service and someone who takes care of all your needs go to Klaben everyone there is fanstatic. More
