Really came through in a Pinch! My son was on his way to work when his car's exhaust/muffler became detached and started dragging on the street under his car. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, and every place nearby his car was closed "EXCEPT" Klaben Ford Lincoln. When I called, Floyd at Klaben Ford Lincoln was Very Courteous, Helpful, and Professional, and I immediately felt relief! The car was driveable, and Klaben Ford Lincoln was just a mile away from where the problem started happening. Once we got the car there, Floyd and his crew were able to take a look at it, assess the problem, and fix the problem. We were very fortunate that a place like Klaben Ford Lincoln was not only open, but very helpful and efficient! They now have a new Customer for life! More
