Great experience! This was my first time at the Kent Klaben location. I came in for an oil change. I dropped in and did not have an appointment. After my service was scheduled for the day, the service person, Kyle, showed me to the waiting room and let me know how long my visit should be. I also liked that 15 minutes before my car was finished, Kyle came to the waiting room to give me an update. More

Good warranty service Since my car is still under warranty no money was paid out of my pocket. My battery was dead with no justifiable reason. Ford Roadside Service came, jumped the battery and I drove it to Klaben. They needed to keep it for a couple of days to find the problem. I would have rated the service as excellent if not for the fact that the tech was reluctant to give me a courtesy car to use bc I had not purchased an extended warranty. When I related that I expected a car to use without having to pay for it because the battery should still be fine, the manager ok’d the use of a courtesy car. However, the tech was very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. So I was not inconvenienced while Klaben tested the battery. More

I like how they do the vehicle inspection at the right up area. I was able to point out some things that needed looked at from prior service at another place and he handled those for me. I really liked how I was asked if I wanted them to top off the washer fluid. This seems small, but I prefer to use Rain-X in mine and I was glad they didn't just top it off with the blue. More
