Most recently, I needed routine maintenance on my SUV, a radiator flush, and diagnosis and correction of any factor or factors causing excessive road noise. The maintenance, flush, and repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, at a very low cost, and the vehicle now drives like a new limo. I am more than satisfied with Klaben and know, as soon as I see Joe French, that everything will be done well. More

My driver side wiper quit working Friday during a rain storm. Fortunately I wasn’t far from Klaben. I drove the vehicle there and fortunately the service department was still open. He looked at the wiper and apparently the gear was stripped. He tightened it enough for me to drive it. My service contact Kim… quickly got me scheduled to bring the vehicle in first thing Monday morning. The service department replaced the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Kim and Sean went out of the way to take care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I can’t praise them enough. More
