Normally we have had no issues. Came in for a 15,000 mile maintenance and and a check on transmission. Dropped truck off on Monday, didn't get it back until late on Wednesday. I took my Lincoln MKC into the Klaben body shop after an accident and could not have been more pleased! They took my vehicle on time for my appointment, went over the damage with me, repaired it in a very accident and could not have been more pleased!
