This was to be fix in November of 2022. Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. I had that concern and conversation with him in October. He told me when they bring it in to fix the second part they will look at it and take care if it. When I finally got my car in to be fixed it was March 15th 2023 and I was told my motor Mont was starting to become weak from the motor vibrations (that they installed and I have been complaining about) would cost me $200 plus labor. I and tired of being tossed around. It took me a month and half to have the motor put in and I had to call Mr. Klabin to move that along. So no I am not happy. Not even buying my next car from them! More

I was so excited to have an opportunity to deal with Klaben. Salesman was pretty good, he kinda did his best, however he did no haggling to try and get me a better price, just whatever finance said he r Klaben. Was not happy that they wanted to sale me a warranty for an extra year's worth of payments, which for me was an additional $5000 approx. Then I found out that the auto loan which finance my vehicle charges $6.00 if I pay online/phone by credit/debt card or an additional $4.00 if you do it via check. Would not be so surprised, but I work in payments so I know that is "ridiculous". Last straw...I purchased my car in December and needless to say tried my air conditioner.."warm air"...go figure; haven't had the car for 6 months and service is already needed. Did you check the car when you received it, and if you did..and you knew about this I should have been told! Went to Klaben's where I purchased the vehicle, they wanted to know if I had time to stay on a Thursday morning...inwhich I replied no I have to go to work. My sales person told me to bring it in next day 10:00am, I was there at approximately 9:40am all to find out he was not there (his day off) and service had no idea about it. The gentleman in service did give me an appointment for the following Tuesday 8:00am (4/18/23)..so needless to say can't wait to see how that goes. I want to LOVE Klaben..but I don't know. Won't give it 1-star..but can't give it 5-stars by a longshot.! More
