I had a spare on my front tire I ordered 2 tires and an oil change. my wait was 1 1/2 hours but when they brought my car my driver side window was cracked all thee way across and my spare was just put in m oil change. my wait was 1 1/2 hours but when they brought my car my driver side window was cracked all thee way across and my spare was just put in my trunk on top of what i had in there. I was told the window would be fixed the next day but was not given any paperwork. I had to wait another 1 1/2 hours to get my window fixed so it was an all around bad experience More

I was able to get my Explorer serviced without an appointment and the wait was minimal! John always goes out of his way to accommodate my service needs! I've bought two cars from Klaben Ford 13 years apart. Both times I've fealt like I received a fair deal and was treated well at the dealership. The latest experience was with a difficult emissions Both times I've fealt like I received a fair deal and was treated well at the dealership. The latest experience was with a difficult emissions issue that took several visits to resolve. They kept after it until it was resolved. My only complaint is with how long it took to get the service scheduled. The issue was a minor one, and I hope if there is a major issue that it could be addressed faster. To be fair, in this case the car was drivable and didn't cause major issues. More
