I just purchased my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium when my lease expired. All the horror stories about what some people have to go through with some dealerships whenever they option for the lease buyout are s lease expired. All the horror stories about what some people have to go through with some dealerships whenever they option for the lease buyout are simply non existent at Klaben Ford of Warren. They were courteous and respectful of my decision to buy my leased vehicle. No hidden fees or high pressure tactics. Klaben of Warren made it simple and stress free. Stacey Dennis, who has sold me my last 4 cars was absolutely amazing as always. Her friendly and professional attitude makes her a true asset of Klaben Ford of Warren. Nick Papantonakis was also a pleasure doing business with and always does an outstanding job at communicating the financial side of the sale. Thank you both for all you do. More
