Mike Urbania is awesome! He got the car I wanted quickly, and made sure I understood everything about it. We enjoyed the purchase experience here so much we ended up buying twice. Mike Jr. was great from the beginning. Bought a ‘23 F150 Platinum and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Had some small iss up buying twice. Mike Jr. was great from the beginning. Bought a ‘23 F150 Platinum and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Had some small issues with paperwork but it was a complicated process and in the end he made it right. He was extremely professional, available to answer questions, and kept us updated about the process. It was so good that we ended up getting a ‘23 Bronco Sport Outer Banks for my wife two weeks later also with Mike Jr! He and his dad were courteous, and motivated to make the sale. We believe we received an excellent price on both and highly recommend this dealership. Mike Jr specifically! More

This was to be fix in November of 2022. Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. That my motor they just put in was runnin Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. That my motor they just put in was running rough. I had that concern and conversation with him in October. He told me when they bring it in to fix the second part they will look at it and take care if it. When I finally got my car in to be fixed it was March 15th 2023 and I was told my motor Mont was starting to become weak from the motor vibrations (that they installed and I have been complaining about) would cost me $200 plus labor. I and tired of being tossed around. It took me a month and half to have the motor put in and I had to call Mr. Klabin to move that along. So no I am not happy. Not even buying my next car from them! More
