First I called Gilbert before I left my house and asked if I needed to bring anything with me. He told me now he had everything that we needed. I needed my work ID for the first responders discount. Then he asked for my title which I should have thought of but didn’t. My trade in window had a crack in it and I said I would pay for the new windshield so I scheduled Safelite to come to the dealership Thursday morning. When the Safelite tech got there somebody there told him they had no idea what he was talking about and sent him away. So in turn I spent over an hour on the just to try to get it rescheduled. Try calling Safelite and actually talk to a person you’ll understand the 1 hour on the phone for a simple issue. Management needs to manage not just be there like everyone else. More

I brought my Lincoln in for an oil change and asked them to look at the back seat armrest as it would not open. I was quoted a price of $104.00 to replace it. When I asked did they try to fix it, the answer to look at the back seat armrest as it would not open. I was quoted a price of $104.00 to replace it. When I arrived home, I thought hmmm, maybe I should try one more time before spending $104.00 on a new one, so I looked at my key ring and decided to use the small circular key ring as it seemed small enough to fit in the corner of the arm rest without causing any damage. To my surprise the cup holder glided out of the armrest without hesitation, it was stuck NOT broken, as I was told. I wiped the cup holder off, even though it was not dirty, and since then it has opened every time. Was this not addressed by the mechanic because I am a woman, because of incentive, was he even told to assess it? I do not know. I thought about blasting Klaben on Facebook but thought that it would not be fair to Klaben as a whole, since I feel, I was lied to by the intake person. More
