These to men will not steer you wrong, they both are very honest and trustworthy. Roscoe or Chris will help you find the vehicle that's best for you and in your price range. Anytime I have a question both Roscoe and Chris are very informative. Ok now let's talk about financial department Jennifer Bowen is who has always done up my paper work. Jennifer always makes sure to go over all extra important details such as extra warranty or if leasing wear care which trust me could be very helpful at the end of your lease. Jennifer also goes over loyalty link card and why it's good to have this card in addition the discounts u can receive with the card. Every one that works there is very friendly and helpful. We had a 2017 Ford Escape Ti We stopped in to see our sales man, Nate Bryant, about an offer Ford Motor Company was offering to "upgrade" our vehicle. We had a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium AWD that we were perfectly happy with but the miles were starting to add up. Nate took the time to review several different incentives that Ford was offering and was able to put us in a new 2019 Ford Escape SEL AWD. Nate and the Klaben Team gave us a very nice trade in value for our old car. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio and each time we have been treated like one of the family. I cannot thank Nate Bryant enough for the time he spent helping our family again purchase the correct car for our family. We met with Denise Alcorn, in the finance department, the next day to complete the paperwork and we were in and out in no time. Fantastic communication and follow up, great experience I found Klaben online through the Ford.com website. They had the Shelby GT350R I wanted and Louis even went above and beyond by meeting me on Labor I found Klaben online through the Ford.com website. They had the Shelby GT350R I wanted and Louis even went above and beyond by meeting me on Labor day when the dealership was closed to show me this car even though they had just taken it off the delivery vehicle the day before. He was extremely knowledgeable about the GT350R and did a great job following up with me and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Overall it was a really positive experience, starting with Louis and continuing to the rest of the staff I met while waiting to finalize my paperwork. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
