Easy 2017 Ford Fusion Certified Pre-Owned Purchase!! I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Klaben Ford on 1-20-20, and my experience was great from beginning to end. I contacted I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Klaben Ford on 1-20-20, and my experience was great from beginning to end. I contacted Tyler Kline via email about the 2017 Fusion that I saw online. He contacted me very shortly after I inquired about the vehicle and after several questions that were answered we set up a test drive for Monday. We worked with Tyler 2 1/2 years ago when my wife leased a 2017 Ford Edge. Tyler made the whole process as simple as possible with zero hiccups and zero hassle. When we arrived Tyler introduced us to Michael Uzi and said that he would be helping out that evening. Tyler and Mike had the vehicle ready sitting outside running warming up for our test drive. Tyler checked in throughout the entire process. Mike did an excellent job explaining the Certified Pre-Owned Program works and went over all the paperwork line by line. After deciding to purchase the vehicle Mike and Tyler got everything setup with finance in very short amount of time. Denise Alcorn in finance made the whole process as simple as possible, and had everything ready as soon as I arrived in her office. When we were done in finance, Tyler mentioned to us that there was a recall that just came thought that day on the Fusion and they were going to come to our house in Macedonia and pick it up in the next few days to have the work done, but my wife was not feeling well so they arranged to deliver the car for our home on Thursday morning. Incredible customer service. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be back at the end of this year when my wife's lease is up. More

I came in to have my 2012 F-150 serviced. Mario was my service advisor and i couldn't be happy with his assistance.
