I had a very good experience last weekend at Klaben. I walked away from the experience feeling like I got a good deal and excited about my new Jeep Cherokee! Thanks, Tyler and Chris! The only reason I did not give Klaben 5 stars is because the sales person I initially scheduled an appointment with wasn’t even there that day! I was a bit put off that he would schedule with me on a day he was off, but Tyler quickly stepped in and helped me out instead. More

Louis Polos quickly reached out to me via email since that was the easiest way to communicate on this particular day. I told him my situation and what I was looking to do. We chatted back and forth via email for most of the morning, and he sent me a picture of the 2020 Ford Edge that would soon be mine. I was shocked to be getting into something BRAND NEW!! Louis took care of all of the details throughout the day (answering all of my emails quickly!) so that my car would be ready for me when I went to the dealership later that evening. When I got there and did a quick test drive, I was in love with my Edge. I'm looking forward to having this car for many years. Klaben Ford, I will be back!
