Leasing a New Vehicle with Ty Davis! My lease was about up & my regular salesman JC Crawford was on vacation - but JC did not leave me stranded! He hooked me up with Ty Davis & WOW!!!! I told Ty what I was looking or hoping for and an approximate monthly payment and he just ran with it!!! He called me with the vehicle he found for me, said I would love it and we would make it work!! My husband & I met with Ty and he was the MOST gracious person I think I have ever met. He is soft spoken, not pushy, listens very well to everything you say and is just a total gentleman. Yes, he found me the car I wanted (down to the specific color) with much more than I asked for at a very reasonable payment! He made it work for me as promised. I have been dealing with Klaben Ford for around 30 years and I am totally happy with their finance department people & everyone involved in the process. This process only took around 4 hrs and I had my new car! Very Impressive!!! I went in a couple times this week with feature issues that I believe were me and they were right there fixing the problem or showing me again how to do something. Raptor purchase We had been shopping for the Ford Raptor at our local Ford dealers & online. When we came to Klaben Fords Raptor on ebay, we were a bit hesitant. All We had been shopping for the Ford Raptor at our local Ford dealers & online. When we came to Klaben Fords Raptor on ebay, we were a bit hesitant. All of the other dealers were changing above msrp due to demand. They were less than retail. We clicked buy now. At 11:00 p.m., Danny Sawyer congratulated us on our purchase. The next morning he prepared all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions. We drove 5+ hours to pick the truck up. Danny greeted us by name as we pulled in the front door. He took the car we drove in and washed it and filled it with gas. Danny opened doors for us; carried my clipboard; brought us drinks and was a sincere gentleman throughout the entire process. Danny knew we had a long trip home, so he got us in/out of financing quickly. He even called to be certain we made it home safely. We have purchased several cars in our lifetime and the customer service we received at Klaben was far superior to anything we have ever experienced. We will be recommending Danny Sawyer to our friends. We also want to thank you for your service to our country. More
